Going back in time, and thinking about this last year, seems so unreal! So many new opportunities, so many new inspiring projects, so much energy, even under the hardest circumstances. Such a strong learning experience for all of us, for every one of the DTMH team. We are thrilled that 2021 is ‘ending’ in the most productive and emotional way.
Dear reader, before leaving you for the Bright and Merry Christmas holidays, before shutting down our computers and taking a break from our innovative installations and creative productions, we would like to share with you a short report of these past months:
Gold Award @ Indie Awards
2021 began with some great news. Gold Award in the Indie Awards Production category, with the “ ‘Till Then, #StaySafe” campaign for Discovergreece.com. In collaboration with Marketing Greece, we proved that we should not stop dreaming, even under difficult and uncertain times.
“Extended Reality Athens – I & II”
One of our company’s values is “Always a Learner”. And this is a value that we also want to share with our world. Thus, we decided to become active supporters of the Extended Reality Athens team, a group for all tech lovers and followers that wish to expand their knowledge and connect with others.
“Official Members of VRARA Greek Chapter”
It’s been 4 years since DTMH became a member of the global VRAR Association. Throughout these years we have created unique collaborations and achieved to upgrade the technological Greek market. Understanding the importance of this group, we decided to also join the new Greek Chapter of VRARA.
“We Go Green”
For the past 10 years, DTMH has been committed to people and society, and all our efforts focused on being sustainable. This year, we decided to expand our activities and develop a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy that will not only give back to the community and environment but will “DO GREAT by doing good” and support the 4 main pillars of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The DTMH team is extremely proud to announce that two green footprint initiatives, with respect to the 7th SDG, are officially completed, and allow our company to be Energy Independent, namely, the installation of solar panels and electric car charger in our offices. The electric car charger is also open to the public.
“Gold & Silver Awards @ Ermis Awards 2021”
Double Win at this year’s Ermis Awards 🏆
Three unique interactive exhibits that use the innovative technologies of Projection Mapping and Artificial Intelligence, offered us Gold and Silver Awards at Ermis Awards 2021 in the Production and Digital Craft categories.
The installations are part of the permanent exhibition of the Athens Olympic Museum, a LAMDA Development S.A. initiative, aiming to house Greece’s Olympic heritage, while at the same time, highlighting the unique contribution of Greece in the formation of the Olympic Movement and Athens as the Capital of Olympism.
“#TheiXperience in the heart of Athens”
In collaboration with BMWHellas & Frank & Fame, we created an innovative digital installation on the display case of Attica City Link. The iXperience stimulated the onlookers’ imagination, promoting BMW values & principles for Re: Thinking, Re: Dusing, Re: Using, and Re: Cycling.
Our team was responsible for putting together a 3D animated video & a large size led wall, for its volumetric adjustment on the showcase, and, last but not least, for the promo video production & direction. The results were impressive, with a high number of bystanders constantly sharing their grand and unique experiences on their social media accounts.

The technological evolution is rapidly changing towards a more immersive and metaverse future. This transition affects not only the way we work but also the way we communicate and experience things in our daily lives. We are aware that we have a long way to go, yet we are confident that we have put solid foundations and we are ready to become your “Gateway to Metaverse”.
“Reaching a new level of innovation with Remote Assist on Microsoft Hololens 2”
It’s been a long time since we were first introduced to Mixed Reality and the new Hololens holographic device. And it was a match! We knew from the very beginning that this technology could solve numerous business problems, and we decided to make it available in the Greek market.
2021 was the year that our team brought Remote Assist and Hololens 2 to the Greek companies and created two solid partnerships with Carell S.A. and Elemis Constructions. These companies chose to go the extra mile and add the Remote Assist & Hololens 2 combination to their daily procedures, minimizing their time and resources.

One of our company’s values is Always a Learner. We are always looking for interesting opportunities to gain some extra knowledge. But we’re also always looking for ways to share our knowledge with the rest of the world. That’s why we decided to participate in the Digital Construction Expo & Forum 2021 and present the partnership with Elemis Constructions.
All in all, we want to thank you for being an active part of our evolution! Thank you for bringing your best ideas and allowing us to create something magical. We promise to come back with our batteries filled, our minds clear, our bodies strong, and our souls full of inspiration and energy.
